What is a rental contract? After drawing up and signing the lease agreement, one copy remains with the lessor and one copy with the tenant. Who is the signing authority in the lease agreement?has it? The authority to sign the lease agreement is with the owner and the tenant. The owner of the property can transfer his signature authority to another person through power of attorney. On the other hand, the tenant can sign it through a power of attorney from another person if the owner agrees. However, persons under the age of 18, persons with disabilities, and those with impaired judgment are not permitted to sign rental agreements. What should be considered when signing the lease agreement? The contract should specify when and at what rate the rent will be increased. It is important that the identification information in the contract is not incompletely filled. Information such as TR number, first and last name of the owner and tenant of the property should be included in the rental agreement. Address, floor and apartment number of the rented propertyIt must be clearly stated in the contract. Each page of the contract must be signed by the tenant and the landlord. If the document is needed in the future, unsigned documents may be considered useless. The rental agreement must contain information on which date the rent will be paid and to which bank account. Similarly, the details of the deposit should be detailed in the rental agreement. These details show why the deposit was taken and under what conditions it will be refunded. The tenant must check all the items when taking over the house. It is mandatory to include information about damaged or worn equipment in the rental contract. Otherwise, the tenant may be responsible for broken pieces when moving out.
