Sole Proprietorships company registration

Individual companies (joint-joint) within the scope of Article 124 of the Turkish Commercial Law, joint-stock and joint-stock companies are called individual companies. A limited company is a normal limited liability company and a joint stock company whose capital is divided into shares is a capital company. A limited liability company must have at least two persons, one of whom is a limited partner and one of whom is a limited partner. While limited partners can only be natural persons, limited partners may be natural or legal persons.

The liability of limited partners is limited to the amount of capital they have invested or committed. Limited partners do not have the right to manage the company. The liability of a limited liability partner is the same as that of a partner in a general partnership. Creditors who cannot satisfy their claims from the company's assets can turn to limited partners. Limited partners manage the company.
